Free Pattern from Crochet Pattern Central: Victorian Cape
In addition I had finished a baby afghan done in Red Heart Baby Cloud yarn; 3 different colors; ripple pattern on wrapper. Impulse buy!...I wanted to try an item with this yarn...
I live in the house next to BrainsBarn! It's OK that I'm not invited in there too often- I have control of the remote in here and I can crochet to my hearts content- that means lots of crochet projects...or maybe I should finish a few...I also have bigtime PAS and YAS so there's a lot to look at and play with in here with 2 parrots and a pug to talk to!

Hi, I'm trying this pattern too (Victorian Cape), but can't figure out the 3 shells/2dc = 4 inches. Impossible. With worsted weight yarn and larger than an F hook, I still only get 3 inches. Can you help? Sincerely, Cristina
I can only think it's your tension? Otherwise, use a larger hook until you get gauge...horizontally plus vertically.
